There is really nobody in our modern culture who doesn’t experience some neck and shoulder tension. When it is not addressed it can turn into a chronic problem that causes headaches, jaw tension and general discomfort. Cynthia will go through a yoga practice to help release current neck and shoulder tension as well as re-pattern the muscles and alignment of the neck and shoulders to avoid future pain.
Open to all levels of students including beginners. Cynthia will give a progressive sequence of practice that will challenge all levels of student to build awareness in their own neck and shoulders. Students will be encouraged to take some of these simply exercises back into their regular lives.
