Digestive issues cause many of us to feel low energy and down. If you suffer from any kind of digestive tract issues: heartburn, bloating, gas, abdominal distension, or irritable bowel syndrome, this class will give you practices to help manage digestive distress as well as poses you can do to prevent future suffering.
