This retreat went beyond all of my hopes! Cynthia is an incredible teacher who is an expert at working with varied ability levels simultaneously. I have a number of injuries that require special attention and I always felt that she was able to make sure I was getting the most out of my yoga practice. I experienced deep relaxation on this retreat that allowed my body to open in new ways.
